We are here to help you
Our team is at your disposal by e-mail or telephone to answer your questions. Nevertheless, we have noted here most of the questions we are asked and the related answers so that you can quickly get to grips with our tools.
How long is the e-learning module?
The training modules last between 5 and 20 minutes. A number of studies show that the attention span of learners drops significantly after 20-30 minutes. In order to maximise the effectiveness of the e-learning modules, we have taken care not to exceed this limit.
Do I need specific software to access the courses?
No, you simply need to have a computer, tablet or smartphone to hand and an internet connection.
Are the e-learning modules interactive?
All our e-learning modules are designed and scripted for maximum interactivity. Our course content is illustrated with images, high-quality explanatory graphics and videos depicting scenarios involving patients and healthcare professionals. Learners also have access to videos containing demonstrations of physical exercises or breathing techniques. Throughout the courses, multiple-choice assessment tests are offered to allow learners to be active participants in their training. The course content is designed in such a way as to allow learners to be fully immersed in the training as the time flies by!
Can I take another course if I have already taken one?
You are free to take all three courses – early detection of neurodevelopmental disorders, neurodegenerative diseases and neuromuscular diseases – in the order of your choice.
Is there a time limit for taking the courses?
There is no time limit for taking the courses. You can take the courses at any time of day to suit your availability. The aim is to offer a flexible learning experience to allow you autonomy in your training.
Can I be awarded the course certificate if I haven’t answered all the questions in the final assessment?
The final assessment is optional. However, if you wish to receive the course certificate you must answer all of the questions. The test covers all course modules and the course certificate will be awarded if 80% of answers are correct.
Can a member of my family take the course?
Our training modules are open to all members of your family and network. Moreover, some of our modules are aimed at the loved ones and caregivers of patients in particular.
Are courses free of charge?
All of our training courses are completely free of charge.
